Manufacturing Process

  • billets are loader in long length to billet oven

  • Cut pre-heat billet

Billets are preheated in the oven to a temperature of about 400oC to 470oC and cut into required length for extrusion.
  •

    • Extrusion

The die for the required profile is loaded onto the extrusion press and the preheated billet will be loaded to the extrusion press for pressing through the die.

    • Loading of Pre-heated Die

The die for the required profile is loaded onto the extrusion press and the preheated billet will be loaded to the extrusion press for pressing through the die.

  • Stretching and Cutting

The profile is stretched to straightness and cut into required length. (normally 6.1M)
  • Ageing

The cut profiles are to go through the hardening/ageing process in the aging oven for about two hours at a temperature of 200oC
  • Packing

The hardened profiles are packed / sent for anodizing / sent for powder coat/ wood grain process,
    • Anodizing

The hardened profiles are packed / sent for anodizing / sent for powder coat/ wood grain process,
    • Fabrication

The hardened profiles are packed / sent for anodizing / sent for powder coat/ wood grain process,

    • Powder Coat / Wood Grain

The hardened profiles are packed / sent for anodizing / sent for powder coat/ wood grain process,

  • Distribution

    and finally ready for distribution.
